Drones are usually designed of same types ,they have four helicopter types wings and four of them are at the corner which keep them balance and helps them in flying , along with it a camera is attached to it which can records sounds along with the picture of the area which is allocated to it .It depends upon the drones technology but some are designed to deliver packages which includes that they do have a software which is being able to speak what is designed for it.So the inclusion is that it depends upon that what model or what are the requirements required.It mainly depends upon which software is designed in it as it is used for many purposes and so the architecture depends upon the requirements but almost the structure of the drone is same as mentioned above but despite the drones that are used by Americans as fighting jet for bombarding .It also contains an gps which is used from where it gets to know where the required position is and by using this technology it gets to the allocated area.
